Meet {Kelly & Alex}

This past weekend I met up with Tiara’s friends Kelly and Alex at Venice Beach, CA for their engagement session. Tiara tagged along too which worked out well, you’ll see why later. I had met Kelly a few times, but never Alex. We all had such a fabulous time walking around Venice shooting some fabulous pictures. Kelly and Alex are so cute together, Alex kept making her laugh and she has this beautiful huge smile when she laughs. Thank you both so much for allowing me capture who you are at this momentous time in your life.

I didn’t even have to ask them to give me their best Blue Steel look, they went for it all on their own! Aren’t they really, really, ridiculously good looking?

As we were walking to go down to the Canals I saw this wall with this guy with the camera. Even though he looks more like a hippy I told them to pretend he was paparazzi and they did. And I’m glad that they did.

Oh and I promised that I would show you why I’m glad Tiara came along. I was shooting them and I was getting closer and closer to the edge of the tall curb and I dropped one leg off the curb and kept shooting and ending up looking like a pretzel. I was too caught up in the moment to get into a normal position. And I’m dressed like that because I just came from working out, I don’t normally do that but I warned them way ahead of time that I would be smelly and gross. PS this is an iPhone pic.
