Rings are my accessory of choice. But what excites me most about my ring collection is the average price of all my rings is about $5.00. Overall, I don’t think I have any (besides my wedding ring) that are worth more than maybe $20 or $30. But I just love this little gem. If I wasn’t completely emotionally attached to my wedding ring, I would ask Mike if I could trade it in and use this as my wedding ring. It would be unique and original.

Besides rings, I’m not much of a collector of things. But every once in a while I think about collecting vintage tea cups. My mom gave me one that belonged to her mom. And I think this tea cup would go along with the one I already have rather well.

I was *this close* to buying a really cute sweater knit wine bottle holder from Etsy for $25. Summer also showed a great tutorial for making your own out of an old sweater! I saved $25 and I recycled! So let’s start with showing how cute that turned out. Oh and the dramatic lighting on this first shot is due to lack of available natural light before I had to wrap this beauty up!

I’m not sure if I’ve ever shown a full length picture of my cement “product” table that my dad made…you can see it below on the left. I love it so much!

So, as I was wrapping the adult, sophisticated gifts, Mike helped me out by wrapping the little kids gifts. He thought he did a pretty good job and suggested that we let you guys decide who did a better job. What do you think?

I recently just ordered a ton of great prints on Etsy. I’m not going to show you until the studio reveal (coming soon to a blog near you) but there were a few that I LOVED that didn’t make the cut for the project I was working on. I’ve had my eye on Holly Stalder’s incredible work for some time. I’ve also had my eye on her price tags. Eek. But when you look at the craftsmanship, I think you understand that it’s probably worth every penny. If I had this dress I would wear it everyday, like that one woman on Seinfeld that Jerry dated, why mess with a good thing? Seriously, to my bride-lady-friends if any of you wear this to your engagement session I might freak out!

And last but not least, one of my new favorite Etsy stores. I particularly love these felt lunch bags. I think its genius to put a new twist on an old idea (kinda like this). Who would have thought to make the typical brown lunch bag out of felt! The possibilities for how to use this are endless, you could use it for your lunch everyday but I think it would make such a cute gift bag!
